Our Infrared Saunas and Cold Plunges are generally "Plug & Play" and compatible with standard 230V UK outlets. However, our larger Traditional Saunas and Commercial Steam Generators typically require a dedicated 32-amp hardwired connection installed by a certified electrician.
How do I maintain my Ice Bath or Cold Plunge?

8. The Purchase & Delivery Journey
What happens after I hit 'Purchase' on a high-ticket item?
You will be assigned a personal Vellium Concierge. Within 24 hours, they will contact you to discuss site requirements, electrical specifications, and your preferred installation window. You are never left wondering about the status of your Vanguard investment.
Can I change my mind after ordering a bespoke sauna?
Because our saunas and steam rooms are often prepared to order, we offer a 48-hour "Change of Mind" window. After this, the engineering process begins. For smaller items like LED masks and apparel, our standard 14-day return policy applies.
Do you offer international shipping?
