Vellium & Co: Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. General Shipping Standards

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, customers receive a Digital Tracking Passport via email.

2. Domestic Delivery Timelines (UK)

• The Signature Collection: Standard delivery for recovery tech and smaller items is typically 3–5 business days.

• The Sanctuary Series: Large-scale units (Saunas, Cold Plunge) require specialized logistics. Delivery is arranged via a scheduled appointment within 7–14 business days of order processing.

3. Shipping Rates

• We provide complimentary standard shipping on all items within the Signature Collection for our UK clients.

• Specialized handling and White-Glove installation for the Sanctuary Series are calculated at checkout or during your personal logistics consultation.

4. Security & Signature

To protect your investment, all Vellium & Co shipments require a signature upon delivery from an individual aged 18 or over. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or unattended locations.
