1. Our Fulfillment Tiers
To maintain our elite standard, we utilize two distinct delivery protocols based on the scale of your selection:
• The Curated Collection (Wellness Tech & Recovery Tools): Smaller high-performance items are dispatched via our Direct-to-Client network. These items are fully tracked and typically arrive within 3–5 business days following our standard 24-hour precision processing window.
• The Sanctuary Series (Saunas & Large-Scale Systems): Due to their specialized engineering, our flagship units require Premier Handling. These items are delivered via a scheduled appointment. You will receive a personal consultation from our logistics team to coordinate a delivery window that aligns with your schedule.
2. White-Glove Installation
For select items within our Sanctuary Series, we offer an Elite Installation Service. This "White-Glove" experience includes:
• Room-of-choice placement by a specialized two-person team.
• Professional assembly and calibration of your equipment.
• Full removal and eco-conscious disposal of all transit packaging.
• Please note: Installation availability and fees vary by product and will be clearly presented at your point of selection.
3. Precision Tracking & Security
Every Vellium & Co shipment is a high-value asset. You will receive a Digital Tracking Passport via email as soon as your order leaves the facility, providing real-time updates on its journey to your sanctuary. A signature from an adult (18+) is required for all deliveries to ensure the security of your investment.
4. Inspection & Guarantee
Upon arrival, we invite you to inspect your item alongside our delivery partner. In the unlikely event of transit-related discrepancies, please note them on the delivery receipt or contact our Client Care Team within 24 hours at customersupport@vellium.co.uk
